Tortide is a truly creative Pokémon. Whenever an idea comes to mind, the fire on its head ignites, and its cheeks glow. Despite being imaginative, it tends to tire quickly, often leaving it inactive for long periods.

Evolution:

At level 16 Tortide evolves into Procrashell. At level 36 Procrashell evolves into Infertore. Infertore doesn't evolve.

It is inspired by a Red-eader slider.
